The Blazers are scheduled to open a four-day minicamp Tuesday at their practice facility in Tualatin, a precursor to their summer league opener Saturday night at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas. The Blazers’ summer league roster — released Monday — will feature seven players expected to be on the next season’s regular season team, including five returners (Zach Collins, Jake Layman, Wade Baldwin, Caleb Swanigan and Georgios Papagiannis) and two rookies acquired in last month’s draft (Anfernee Simons and Gary Trent Jr.).
