A 39-year-old mum has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a year after her sister died from the disease. Kelly Sibbick’s family has been devastated by the condition, which claimed the lives of four close relatives before the age of 45. The mum-of-three’s diagnosis follows the death of her big sister Mandy Wilkins at just 43. Her mum, an aunt and a cousin have also died. Her family say that they are heartbroken by the news, although they always feared that there was a risk she may develop the debilitating condition, writes Grimsby Live . Daughter Jamie-Lee Sibbick said that the news has hit the family hard, but had also helped to pull them together to provide Kelly, from Cleethorpes, with as much support as possible.
