David Mundell has come under more pressure to resign over the Brexit deal after the French President warned the EU will play hardball to protect their access to UK fishing waters. Nicola Sturgeon highlighted a joint declaration by the 27 remaining EU member states demanding their existing quota share in British waters and challenged the Scottish Secretary how this “squared” with his promises to fishermen.
