Ronda Rousey will return to WWE sooner rather than later, according to Triple H. Rousey hasn’t been seen in a wrestling ring since losing the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 35 in April during the first ever all-women’s main event at the Show of Shows. Triple H addressed The Baddest Woman on the Planet’s status during Friday’s promotional press conference for Crown Jewel in Las Vegas and is confident her hiatus won’t go on for much longer. The Game said: “She’s coming back.” There is currently no timetable of a possible return but Ryan McKinnell of Busted Open Radio reports that the 14-time world champion expects it to be “sooner rather than later”. WWE announced that UFC hero Cain Velasquez and boxing superstar Tyson Fury will be in action against WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman respectively on October 31 in Saudi Arabia. Vince McMahon’s promotion is pulling out all the stops in getting some big stars in action especially after SmackDown’s multimillion dollar move to FOX.
