Presenting the gratitude house to veteran Tran Xuan Thinh’s family The gratitude house was built at a cost of VND 120 million in total, including VND 80 million from the War Veterans’ Association of PetroVietnam and the remainder from troops of the Bat Xat Border Post. Veteran Tran Xuan Thinh was born in 1950 and served in the military from April 1968 to 1971. During his service, he fought in Quang Tri province’s battlefield and was affected by toxic chemicals of the enemy. He lost visibility and his health is in a bad condition. Translated by Duc Nguyen
