Netflix ’s offering of Criminal Minds was the most-viewed show on streaming platforms in the last week of January, according to Nielsen ’s latest Top 10 list released Thursday. The popularity of Criminal Minds been the fuel for news just this week. Paramount+ confirmed yesterday it is rebooting the hit CBS procedural , which ran from 2005-2020 and spawned two spinoffs, with a 10-episode season revolving around a single case. An unscripted companion series, tentatively titled The Real Criminal Minds , is also in the works. All 15 seasons of the original series will be on Paramount+, which launches March 4. The first 12 season will also remain on Netflix. India has ranked 111 (out of 123 countries) in mobile internet speeds and 65th (out of 126 countries) in fixed line broadband internet speeds, according to the ' Speedtest Global Index November 2018 ' report by Ookla-- the owner of Speedtest app. As per the report, India ranked low in download speeds for both mobile and fixed line when compared to global average speeds. While the global average download speed for mobile broadband internet is 24.40 Mbps (megabit per second), India lagged at an average download speed of 9.93 Mbps. On the other hand the global average download speed for fixed line broadband is 52.16 Mbps and for India it is 26.46 Mbps. When compared to beginning of 2018, India had ranked 109th for mobile internet speeds and 67th for fixed broadband, according to the same test report data in February. The average mobile internet download speed climbed from 9.01 Mbps in February from 8.80 Mbps in November last year and now it is at 9.93 Mbps. A report by the University of Illinois claims Chicago is the most corrupt city in America, according to a WGN 9 article published Thursday. “The report is based on data from the justice department, which looked at public corruption convictions between 1976 and 2019,” the outlet said . In that time period, the city had almost 1800 convictions, more than Los Angeles which had the second highest. New York came in third. The university’s annual report, co-authored by professor Dick Simpson, also said Illinois is the third-most corrupt state, according to WTTW.
