Terming an application filed by the association of private hospitals ‘disturbing’, Justice J B Pardiwala of Gujarat high court urged the private hospitals, “With folded hands I request you to cooperate with the government and common man should not feel that due to my financial condition I could not get treatment at private hospital. Please help the state, please help the people. God is watching.” The judge also made it clear that action shall be taken against private hospitals that do not adhere to the directions of the government. “We are happy to note that private hospitals are treating Covid patients and we appreciate it.
