A little love for Android Auto Support will be limited to certain vehicles and phones with support for Android Auto wireless. It will work with Android Auto wireless and require one of the latest Nexus, Pixel, or Samsung flagship phones. Previously, BMW offered Apple's CarPlay system, but thanks to consumer demand Android Auto support is finally coming. BMW has finally announced it will be adding support for Android Auto to some of its vehicles in 2020. Unfortunately, it won't be happening anytime soon, as Android Auto won't begin hitting the cars until July of next year. When support finally does begin rolling out, Android Auto will be available on BMW vehicles running iDrive 7.0 with the company's "Live Cockpit Professional" hardware. Apex consumer commission NCDRC has directed German automobile company BMW to compensate a customer by replacing his vehicle with a new one of the same model after it got damaged in an accident. The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has asked Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited and BMW to compensate the loss incurred by Delhi resident Mukul Aggarwal after the vehicle, which was insured under the BMW Secure policy, met with an accident.Under the BMW Secure policy, a damaged vehicle is replaced with a new one upon confirmation of total loss of vehicle by a survey report. It has been more than six months since the German marque launched the second-generation model, but we have yet to see a real-world acceleration that could prove its boastful numbers on paper, particularly the M850i xDrive. Well, that ends today. AutoTopNL has just released its own acceleration test of the M850i xDrive, complete with its own GPS device and app that records the acceleration rate of the car. With a 0-62 miles per hour (100 kilometers per hour) rating of 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 155 miles per hour (250 kilometers per hour, we know for sure that it's going to be a solid run.
