HCM City (VNA) - The Ho Chi Minh City Communist Youth Union will present more than 2,000 gifts worth over 500 million VND (21,600 USD) to disadvantaged local children on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival. It’s one of various activities to be rolled out by the city’s youth union in support of underprivileged children, especially children of local workers, until October 4. In cooperation with Vietnam Fatherland Front committees in districts, the youth union has also organised art programmes, folk games, and film screenings, and presented scholarships to children with outstanding academic results. University sets up Institute of Smart Cities and Management
HCM City (VNS/VNA) - The Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics earlier this week launched the Institute of Smart Cities and Management (ISCM), whose mission will be to mobilise international cooperation in addressing urban issues globally.
