The public has ex pressed concern over the need to more clearly set out standards for recognising and commemorating individuals who have played an important part in Vietnamese history. Defining conceptions of historically important figures is part of this project. Following public opinion polls and discussions on the matter, we have managed to provide some clearer definitions. The contract was signed, money was transferred into the seller’s account, the buyer’s particulars were noted and the company already supplied the shares. The transaction was, in short, all but complete. However, the company failed to touch on the issue of dividends; neither did it convene a general meeting as requested by this Indian investor.
