ASHLEY Cain has said that he is "scared" for baby daughter Azaylia but she's "still in the game" as he showed off the garden pod he and girlfriend Safiyya have set up so they can look at the stars together as a family. The 30-year-old ex footballer looked emotional as he opened up about his feelings after receiving the heartbreaking news that eight-month-old Azaylia's leukaemia can no longer be treated last month. Ashley Cain and Safiyya Vorajee's baby daughter Azaylia is now struggling to open her eyes due to swelling caused by her leukaemia battle. The eight-month-old tot has been fighting a rare and aggressive form of leukaemia since she was just two months old, and the heartbroken parents have recently been told there is no further treatment available. Safiyya, 34, cradled Azaylia in her arms in an Instagram video and explained they were going to put cold compresses on her eyes along with turning down her feed to help ease fluid retention. Safiyya said: "Azaylia's got really, really swollen eyes today and we've been told by our community nurses to put some cold compresses on them and get them down again so she can open her eyes, bless her." The 30-year-old former footballer showed their difficult morning routine, which requires him to feed his terminally ill eight-month-old with a syringe and feeding tube. Showbiz brothers Scott and Adam Thomas have paid an adorable tribute to Ashley Cain 's terminally ill daughter Azaylia. In their latest singsong on Instagram on what they call ThomasBroFridays, the brothers posted a video of them performing what Azaylia's mum Safiyya Vorajee says is her daughter's favourite tune.
