REUTERS: England head coach Eddie Jones will take on a consultancy role with Major League Rugby (MLR) side San Diego Legion, the BBC reported. Jones signed a contract extension in April to remain with England until the 2023 Rugby World Cup and his role with the MLR side would not conflict with those commitments, the BBC said. The 60-year-old Australian also serves as consultant to Japanese side Suntory Sungoliath, who he coached in 1997 and again between 2009-2012. The Rugby Football Union (RFU) did not immediately respond to Reuters' request for comment. San Diego, who were top of the overall standings before the season was abandoned due to the COVID-19 pandemic, bolstered their squad by signing former England captain Chris Robshaw ahead of the 2021 season, which begins in February. Italian fashion label Fendi on Wednesday (Sep 9) named British designer Kim Jones as artistic director for womenswear collections, a role previously held by the late Karl Lagerfeld. Jones, who already designs men's clothing for Christian Dior, a stable mate of Fendi's within the LVMH luxury goods conglomerate, will retain both jobs. At Fendi, he will work alongside Silvia Venturini Fendi, one of the scions of the brand's founding family who creates its menswear collections and collaborated with Lagerfeld until his death in February 2019. Jones, known for mixing tailoring with more streetwear style looks, will take the helm of Fendi's more frequent collections as well as its haute couture designs. Nick Jonas performed his single “Spaceman” for the first time and debuted the new song “This Is Heaven” while pulling double duty as both musical guest and host of the latest episode of Saturday Night Live . Both tracks will feature on Jonas’ upcoming album Spaceman , due out March 12th. On “This Is Heaven,” SNL musical director Lenny Pickett — usually seen sitting behind the host during the opening monologue, pre-Covid — made a surprise appearance during the performance to deliver the track’s saxophone solo. In a cut for time sketch from last night’s Saturday Night Live , a couple of interior designers (Nick Jonas, Heidi Gardner) renovate the home of two bachelors (Kyle Mooney, Mikey Day). The result is Bachelor Home Makeover , where the host turns “drab homes into fab pads.” The smug host touches on the perfect layout for two guys who are separated from their spouses and choose to live together while they figure out the rest of their lives. Of course, the necessities of life are covered — a gaming couch, a special toilet and a shelf where various tchotchkes can accumulate.
