Daisy Ridley is leaving the door open for a potential return to Star Wars someday in the future, even if it probably won't be anytime soon. From The Force Awakens to The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker , Ridley has played a major role in the Star Wars sequel trilogy by portraying Rey. There are no plans for Ridley to return in the next installment of the franchise from director Taika Waititi or another Star Wars project, but that doesn't mean we'll definitely never see Rey again. Speaking about her Star Wars future in a recent interview with GameSpot, here's what Daisy Ridley had to say when asked if she could potentially see Rey coming back in the future in some capacity. Star Wars Republic Commando is heading to Nintendo Switch and PS4 on April 6. In an announcement today, the port's developer, Aspyr Media, confirmed that the 2005 fan-favourite will be returning "as a single-player experience with modernized controls." It's due to launch on Switch and PS4 on April 6, having originally released on PC and the original Xbox. A new trailer offers a refresher of the game's story, which puts you in the armour of the leader of an elite squad of clone commandos during the Clone Wars. That conflict is set between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, and is better documented by the Clone Wars TV series, but Republic Commando tells its own, standalone story. The game originally launched with a multiplayer mode, but that won't be returning in the port. The involvement of Aspyr Media in the porting process should reassure long-time fans of Republic Commando. An old Star Wars comic may offer some clues to Grogu's past. Better known as Baby Yoda, the character debuted in The Mandalorian and has since become a true fan-favorite within the franchise. But much remains mysterious about the beloved little alien. Where, exactly, did he come from? What is the name of his species? Many answers are sure to come but the comic book in question may offer at least some hint as to what happened to the Child before he and Mando crossed paths. The issue in question is Star Wars Tales #13, which was written by Fabian Nicieza, Jim Krueger and W. Haden Blackman. The series was published by Dark Horse Comics around the time the prequels were being released. They are no longer canon as Disney opted to throw everything out and start from scratch after purchasing Lucasfilm in 2012. But these tales, now dubbed Legends, have often been used to inspire the official canon. So they can be a helpful guide. The latest "Reality Log" broadcast points to a "warrant officer" coming to Fortnite, and it might be Ellen Ripley. Ellen Ripley, played by Sigourney Weaver in the Alien films, is a warrant officer. The audio transmission jokes about everything going exactly to plan on a space ship in 1986, which is the year that Aliens came out.
